Return & Cancellation Policy

Since My Library is a digital software service (SaaS), our "Return" policy refers specifically to account cancellations and the return of your data.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- Automatic renewals will be disabled immediately.
- No further charges will be applied to your payment method.
2. Data Portability
We believe your data belongs to you. If you decide to leave our service, you can:
- Export your student records and payment history in CSV/Excel format at any time.
- Request a full data dump within 30 days of account cancellation.
3. Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
4. Service Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, a prorated return of unused subscription fees may be provided at our discretion, unless the termination is due to a serious breach or illegal activity.
